UK Delivery

Our delivery charges are always based on the combined weight of your order. You can check your delivery charges at any time by going to your basket and clicking the get delivery price button. We offer 2 delivery options. Royal mail packet post and a courier delivery with tracking. Royal mail deliveries are sent first class which normally takes 1 working day. This isnt guaranteed though and royal mail state these deliveries can sometimes take a little longer. Our courier deliveries are sent with interlinkexpress. Mainland UK deliveries arrive within 24 hours and scottish highlands take 2-3 days.

For weights 0 - 100kg you will be offered 24 hour courier delivery with tracking (please note this means it will be with you within 1 working day)

 

 

 

Prices from £8.65 for up to 10Kg and £40 for a 100Kg Delivery. For orders weighing more than 100Kg you will need to contact us by telephone as this will require delivery on a pallet
Courier orders will be sent with www.interlinkexpress.co.uk  You will be e-mailed a tracking number as soon as your orders is despatched along with information of where to track. We reserve the right to use a different courier company. This delivery will require a signature. If your not available to take delivery it will be returned to the nearest depot and a 2nd attempt will be made. You can also collect the parcel from the depot.

Please note that orders made on a Friday will not be delivered untill Monday. 
You have 5 days after an attaempted delivery has been made by the courier to arrange a re-delivery. You will be left a calling card with details on how to do this. If you dont contact the courier then the parcel will be returned back to us after 5 days. You will need to pay for re-delivery if this happens.

Please note there is a surcharge courier deliverys to the Scottish Highlands and all ofshore addresses.

 

 

International Delivery

European Union

For weights 0 - 2000g you will be offered Royal Mail Europen union packet post delivery.
Prices from £4 - £15.

 Delivery times are normally:
4 working days after posting to Western Europe

6 working days after posting to Eastern Europe and postal subsidiaries (Islands and Principalities)
But can take up to 12 days. 

For Weights 0 - 80Kg you will be offered courier delivery with tracking
Prices are from £25 up tp 5kg and £120 for an 80Kg order. 
You will be e-mailed a tracking number as soon as your order is despatched along with information of where to track. This delivery will require a signature. If your not available to take delivery it will be returned to the nearest depot and a 2nd attempt will be made. You can also collect the parcel from the depot.

 

Rest of World


For weights 0 - 2000g you will be offered Royal Mail Europen union packet post delivery.
Prices from £7.50 - £29
Delivery time is normally 6 working days after posting. However we advise it can take up to 12 days.

For Weights 0 - 60Kg you will be offered courier delivery with tracking
Prices are from £35 up tp 5kg and £120 for an 60Kg order. 
You will be e-mailed a tracking number as soon as your order is despatched along with information of where to track. This delivery will require a signature. If your not available to take delivery it will be returned to the nearest depot and a 2nd attempt will be made. You can also collect the parcel from the depot.


 

Despatch Times
 
We guarantee to despatch all orders received before 2pm the same day except on a friday. We may still despatch orders received afterwards depending on how busy we are.
On Fridays we will guarantee to despatch all orders received before 11:30am the same day. We may still despatch orders received afterwards depending on how busy we are.

Bank Holidays: We will not despatch orders on any bank holiday dates. These inlcude: New Years day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Early May Bank Holiday, Spring Bank Holiday, Summer Bank Hoiday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day.

We may also be closed for extra days also around Christmas. We will make this information visible on our website.

 

Wholesale

We manufacture all of plastic lollipop sticks and bags on site in the UK. We can supply plastic lollipop sticks in any size and colour required subject to minimum orders. All of our most popular colours and sizes are available to buy direct from this site. Buying straight from the manufacturer means you are getting our products at the best prices.

If you require larger quantities than those available on this site then please contact us as we can offer further savings for trade and wholesale customers.

We also offer a packing service on lollipop sticks. We can pack sticks in factory sealed packs in any quantity required. Please contact us for further details.

We also wholesale most of the items we sell and can offer discounted rates for wholesale and trade users. This is subject to minimum order quantities. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. We can also set up credit accounts for customers requiring a regular order. This will be subject to passing the relevant credit checks.

Returns Policy


We will not refund or replace any item which has become damaged due to neglect or misuse.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM WITHOUT A RETURNS NUMBER. 
This can be obtained by emailing us through our contact form or calling us.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm


Faulty Goods
Items which arrive damaged or faulty must be notified in writing within 14 days of receipt.
We will replace or refund the damaged goods as required. If we require the item(s) returned, we will pay the cost of the return postage via 1st class post for which you will be required to obtain a proof of postage from the dispatching post office.

Incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods 
Must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Returning of items is the responsibility of the customer who is liable for the cost of returns. The customer must ensure all reasonable care is taken to ensure the safe return of items and in their original packaging where appropriate. If the item(s) returned come in sealed packs, these must be unopened.

Please note we do not accept returns for food items that have been opened from there protective packaging.

We can not accept responsibility for the safe return of these goods. Therefore it is advisable that a proof of postage is obtained, should the goods fail to reach us, this will aid in any claim you may wish to make with your chosen courier. 

Please enclose a copy of your invoice indicating your Returns Reference Number and the items being returned. We will be happy to refund you for the returned items providing they are returned in their original condition, less the original postage charge(s)

Product offers and Discounts
Please note that any item returned to us that formed part of our buy - get one free offer shall invalidate this free product discount.

Limitation of Liability 
Yolli is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or other damages (including, but not limited to, economic losses, lost profits, lost revenues, or lost data) arising out of the access to or inability to access to this Website even if advised of the possibility of such damages.


Legal
Every care has been taken to describe items as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur with colour reproduction or text descriptions. All product sizes quoted are approximate. Yolli.com shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
These User Terms are governed by the laws of England, and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.


Pricing
While we try and ensure that all prices on our Web site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
