500g Confectioners Liquid Glucose Syrup Food Grade for Baking & Confectionery

This glucose syrup is produced in the UK. It is a clear syrup with moderate relative sweetness and good humectant properties. The glucose is suitable for confectionary manufacturing, baking and cake decorating.

The glucose is packaged in a heat sealed zip lock pouch to ensure a safe delivery.

To get all of the glucose out the pouch first place the closed pouch in warm water for 5 minutes to increase its fluidity.
